A lifelong sportsman and a systems engineer at the University of Virginia, Charlie brings a strong blend of outdoor experience, technical knowledge, and leadership to the team. He has held summer positions at multiple New York City financial institutions and has had leadership experience as President of both the UVA shooting sports program and his fraternity.
Rus Thomas
Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder
As someone who lives and breathes the outdoors, Rus brings extensive experience to the team with his background fishing bass tournaments in the greater Richmond area. As an environmental science major and entrepreneurship minor at the University of Virginia, Rus is well-versed in the dynamic world of sustainability and has leadership experience as the founder and president of the UVA Fishing Team.
